Coffee for exhibitions – our biggest deployment so far, Social Espresso’s September success

This September, we took on one of our biggest challenges yet, providing 18 coffee bars to different events across 7 countries in just 10 days. It was certainly an exhilarating ride filled with teamwork, precision, and, of course, a great deal of coffee!

Brewing success across Europe

Our journey took us to some of the most vibrant cities in Europe, including Copenhagen, Madrid, Barcelona, and Rome. Each location came with its unique vibe and set of challenges, but we were always fully prepared to deliver exceptional service and premium coffee to our clients.

To make this possible, we deployed:

• 33 skilled baristas who poured their passion into every cup.

• 27 state-of-the-art coffee machines to ensure consistent quality coffee for exhibitions from the first day to the last.

• Over 50,000 coffees served with care, precision, and smiles.

The perfect coffee for exhibitions – energising minds at ERS International Congress in Milan

At corporate events, our mobile coffee bars serve as perfect networking hubs and energy boosters for event staff and delegates alike. At the annual ERS Congress in Milan, the world’s respiratory experts were gathered to showcase all the latest advances in respiratory science and medicine.

The power of a well-brewed espresso is truly remarkable when it comes to keeping the energy levels high during long talks and networking sessions, and attendees really appreciated the opportunity to step away from their seats and stands and enjoy some quality exhibition coffee and conversations.

Shifting gears at Concours of Elegance

The Concours of Elegance event 2023 was held at the historic and beautiful Hampton Court Palace form 1st to the 3rd of September. Sponsored by A. Lange & Söhne, the complete lineup of vehicles for its 12th edition maintained the event’s reputation as one of the world’s top three Concours d’Elegance events, with an extraordinary exhibition of the rarest and most sought-after cars.

Amidst the stunning backdrop of the classic cars and regal surroundings, our mobile coffee bar stood out this year, adding an extra touch of refinement to the festivities through our specialty exhibition coffee. To create an inviting and luxurious atmosphere, we established a coffee oasis at the heart of the event right beside one of the displays of classic cars.

Our team of expert baristas took pride in their craft, showcasing their skills in the art of brewing excellent exhibition coffee. Attendees were treated to a menu of specialty coffee drinks, carefully curated to enhance the experience. Our coffee bar became a focal point for people to gather, share stories, and admire the automotive exhibits.

Charging festivities at The Big Christmas Press Show

The Big Christmas Press Show, held at the Business Design Centre in London, is a yearly festive extravaganza where the biggest brands showcase their upcoming Christmas products and services in a huge exhibition hall packed with stands.

Our mobile baristas serving high-quality coffee for exhibitions added a touch of warmth and comfort to the festivities. As guests stepped through the door, the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the air, immediately setting the tone for the day ahead.

The menu for the event featured a selection of seasonal favourites that included traditional flavours of the festive season; spiced chai lattes, gingerbread lattes, and cinnamon espresso shots were just a few of the options available. Each sip was like tasting a little piece of Christmas in a cup!

Our exhibition coffee bar was more than just a beverage station; it became a focal point for attendees to gather, mingle, and take a moment of respite during the busy exhibition.

Caffeinating content at Reddit’s offices

At Reddit’s office, their recent Staff Wellbeing Day showcased the company’s commitment to its employees’ health and happiness, and we were honoured to play a part in it by serving our high-end coffee to attendees. By transforming a corner of their offices into a cosy coffee sanctuary, we helped create a place for the tech-savvy employees to unwind, connect with their colleagues and recharge amidst their busy workday.
