Yes, we regularly supply barista coffee for large conferences including international events such as Google Zeitgeist. A single barista can prepare around 500–600 coffees per day. For busier events, we recommend a two-barista setup to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially where demand will be high in short periods of time between conference talks.

Yes. We regularly partner with catering suppliers to provide pastries and light food options at excellent rates. We can also work seamlessly with your event caterers too, just like we did at this 5 million pound wedding in 2024.

Yes. Social Espresso provide a bespoke smoothie service with flavours such as Berry Burst, Pineapple Sunset, Go-Go Green and Tropical. And through our sister company Bar Creative we can also offer cocktails and mocktails — making it seamless to serve coffee by day and cocktails by night.

We offer branded stencils (with your logo dusted on top of drinks) as another a popular option, creating instant brand visibility. As well as branded cappuccino stencils, we offer a full branding service – branded event coffee bars and branded machines, cups, aprons, napkins and stirrers, to name just a few options.
